We love dog parks but we don’t like driving! That’s why we’ve put together our favorite dog parks in the 80015 zip code.

One of the endless joys of owning a dog is being able to take them to a dog park. From the moment you pick up the leash and load them up in the car, they are ecstatic and panting thinking about the adventure they’re about to embark on. When you finally arrive at the park and let your best friend loose, you won’t help to smile at the pure joy they have running and playing with the other dogs.

At Parkside Animal Health Center we love to see our furry friends healthy and happy, and one way to achieve that is making sure your dog exercises daily. Luckily, Aurora is home to a multitude of dog parks with many very close to our animal hospital.

If you just had to take your dog to the vet for a routine check-up, afterward you can reward he/she with a fun hour at the dog park. We’ve provided details, perks, and directions to the 2 nearest dog parks below!

Grandview Dog Park

Enjoy views of the Quincy Reservoir at the Grandview Dog Park! Open from dawn to dusk, this park has more than five acres for your dog to run and play. Features seasonal drinking water so your dog doesn’t go thirsty under the hot summer sun.

Have a small four-legged friend that isn’t comfortable around the larger dogs? Grandview Dog Park has a separate small dog area so your little one can run and have fun with dogs of its same size! Other features include bag stations and trash collection cans.

Make sure to review the city dog park rules to ensure a fun time for everyone. Try to always pick up after your dog so the park stays a clean and healthy place for every pet owner.

Grandview Dog Park is located at:

17500 E Quincy Ave

Aurora, CO 80015

Cherry Creek Dog Off-Leash Area

This is truly the place to let your dog stretch their legs and have an adventure of their own. Cherry Creek Dog Off-Leash Area (DOTA) has a 107-acre fenced area for your dog to meet and play with other furry friends!

Your dog will love this park because Cherry Creek flows right through it; giving your dog year-round water access to drink and jump in!

Because of the parks large area it’s easy to lose track of your dog, so please always be aware of your dog’s location and have eyes on them at all times. According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife regulations, cleaning up after your dog is mandatory and a leash and waste bag must be carried by the owner.

The entrance to the Cherry Creek Off Leash Dog Area is located at:

S Entrance Rd,

Aurora, CO 80015
